Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products.
The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Personalized/customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
2. Refunds
If eligible, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
3. Exchanges
In case of damaged or wrong items, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on availability and your preference.
