Refund & Return Policy

We aim to ensure every gifting experience with Flikcart Gifting is delightful. However, if there’s an issue, here’s how we handle refunds and returns:


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products.

  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Personalized/customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.


2. Refunds

  • If eligible, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.


3. Exchanges

In case of damaged or wrong items, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on availability and your preference.


4. How to Request a Return/Refund

Please email with the following:

  • Order ID

  • Description of issue

  • Photo or video proof

  • Your contact information


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made gifts

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging.
